This means that for different board lengths, there may be different graphic patterns, each specifically designed for the particular model and size. Unfortunately, there is no option to choose the graphic when purchasing – the design is assigned based on the board’s size, and each one has been created to perfectly complement the board’s proportions.

PLT™ Technology is exclusive to CAPiTA MFG and seamlessly bonds the topsheet to the already-pressed snowboard. This is unique in the snowboard industry, where most brands use glue, heat, and pressure during pressing, causing the fiberglass texture underneath to show through. Other companies apply thick, toxic topcoats to level out imperfections—adding weight and risking cracking. PLT™ eliminates this issue, producing a featherlight, smooth, glossy finish. The result is a visually striking, multi-dimensional laminate with matte-gloss contrasts and metallic accents. CAPiTA also combines digital and traditional screen printing methods during production for layered graphic depth.
