Long turns on the edge of the Deacon 76 are pure pleasure. The Deacon 76 ski, redesigned with an amazing graphic design, can no longer be missed on the slope. Thanks to the modified geometry with a widened nose and shortened Tip and Tail Rocker, this wonderful model impresses in all turning radii. This versatility is mainly possible thanks to the use of Tailored Carbon Tips. Carbon fibers, applied using the unique Völkl Tailored Fiber Placements (TFP) technology, optimally influence the edge behavior. The thickness and arrangement of the fibers determine the force needed and accumulate energy where it is needed. This is particularly visible in the dynamic reaction of their beaks. This means gradual, precise steering already in the first phase of the turn, depending on the degree of entry into the edge. Added to this is the fact that this design allows for weight reduction without any loss of stability. Last but not least, TFP technology allows our designers to adjust all lengths specifically to the requirements of target groups.
